Pall Mall Flavour Change, Not GOOD
Ever since Pall Mall packaging changed, the cigarette is not the same anymore. I have to smoke more cigarettes at one time for any satisfaction in a day. I am seriously considering of changing brands as the company is letting down a lot of people by changing the smoke experience, it's too light and the drag on the cigarette is not the same anymore.

Thank you for flagging your concerns with us regarding the inconsistent taste you are experiencing on Pall Mall.
While we did change the look of the Pall Mall stick to a new, modern design, we can ensure that no changes were made to the actual product and hence you should still be enjoying the same trusted taste that you are used to.
Pall Mall has been committed to manufacturing exceptional tobacco products since 1899, manufactured according to the highest quality standards and we are, therefore, very sorry to hear your recent experience did not deliver on this. Your complaint has been logged and we will be investigating this issue further to prevent any incidents of this nature from re-occurring.
