PAL MALL RED XL

To whom it may concern, I have been buying Pal Mall red for a couple years now, i then switched to Pal Mall red XL, i bought a box today and when I then opened the box I saw that on of the cigarettes didn't have a filter and was a 1/4 of the size, i am very displeased.
