One flavour ball instead of two inside cigarette

I was smoking a Peter Stuyvesant Blue Switch (Mint & Menthol, Double Cool) cigarette and there was only one flavour ball and not two like there's supposed to be. In the box I bought, there was three cigarettes that had one flavour and it was only the blue ball flavour inside. When I smoked the 3rd cigarette I decided to take a video and picture because I was fed up with finding one flavour ball when I purchased a box of cigarettes thats supposed to have two flavour *****. At least have tge courtesy to inform consumer's that the double cool is now a single cool
