Not happy with the product

Dunhill zest orange is a very good cigarette, this time I am so so disappointed with what I found in the 3 packs I bought consecutively, so very disappointed like never before.

The box is written zest but the cigarettes that are inside are totally different (no flavor, they don't even have the switch press on the cigarette, just plain)

Please resolve this, pallmall will take over if we keeep on getting similar products.
