No value for my money

Good day I am so disappointed in the Pall mall Xl green cigarettes. Every packet that I open has a few cigarettes without the mint capsule, it's frustrating because I do not smoke it normal. I have complained to the call center about it already, but it's not getting better. Everyday a few cigarettes without a capsule it not fair on me as a loyal client. The best part of it all, I had a blackcurrant capsule cigarette in my menthol pack the other day or the capsules are broken before I even pop it. So the capsules are dry and no menthol flavour gets released.
