No bubble - Stuyvesant Evolve Double Cool
Sadly since the disconnituation of Stuyvesant Blue Switch in 2019, I have been smoking Stuyvesant Evolve Double Cool. I buy 3 cartons per month and since October 2020 I have been utterly dissapointed as most of the cigarettes in each pack don't have the bubble at all or only have one bubble. I have thrown away countless cigarettes per packet. I have wasted so much money having to keep buy new packs! Only to continuously be disappointed. What is the problem?

18 Dec 2020, 13:00So when will you attend to my complaint? Since the date of writing this post I have had no feedback! I called your call centre and was told someone will come to collect these reject packs and replace them but nothing has happened! And since then I have opened plenty more packs only to find more reject cigarettes! You people are pathetic
