More than half a pack of cigarettes had defects

Bought a 20 pack of Dunhill Courtleigh and more than 12 of the cigarettes had defects. The filter was separating from them and some of them filter even fell out. All of them were either opening up at the filter or not even on the filter at all. Never in my life have I experienced such poor quality cigarettes from Brittish American Tobacco. Tried contacting support with no response. Absolutely pathetic service and quality. Would have given a zero star if I could.
