Menthol Pall Mall Red..

We have been buying Pall Mall Red for the last few years and never had any issues.. The last 4 months every single pack of Pall Mall Red we have bought is Menthol. We have complained at a few retailers now and absolutely nothing happens. This is very unprofessional. How can mistakes like this even make it into stores? Somewhere something went very wrong because everything looks normal, the box as well as the cigarette but somehow it has a Menthol taste..
