Marlboro Red beyond cigarettes not having an iceball as promised.

I bought a box of Marlboro Red Beyond the other day and was expecting 20 high quality menthol cigarettes and it was not given because as i continued the day i noticed that a few of these cigarettes had no iceball as they would call it. I am really not impressed as it is not the first time it has happened. But anyway ive been with the brand for a while and it is one of my favorites. Hopefully they will improve their quality of the product.
