Loosely compacted cigarettes

Last Night I purchased 2 x Kent white and the tobacco is not compact and the straws are very loose. You flick the ash and the cherry falls off. Both the packs are the same. To smoke the cigarette takes about 6-8 draws. This is not a cheap cigarette and the amount of money we pay for them is far more expensive that any other. But if this is the case and they are not compacting the tobacco in paper then I will look for another brand. Very disappointed in the quality of your product of late. This is not an era to save money by putting in less tobacco in a Cigarette.
