Kent White cigarettes
Specifically their Kent White cigarettes. Over recent months the quality has deteriorated much. Although there are other complaints about this on Hello Peter, it seems that the problem is continuing. All the packets that I bought had one or a few faulty cigarettes. Some have filter issues and many have holes in them.
Can the company please indicate what is going on, or should we as smokers, change brands?

19 May 2021, 20:48My complaint was immediately followed up by British American Tabacco. Was contacted and requested to keep faulty products. Representative collected same today and replaced. They will investigate why some cigarettes from a specific retail outlet had problems. Excellent and well-done BAT!!
