John Rolfe Filters falling off cigarettes

I have been smoking John Rolfe cigarettes for many years but recently some on numerous occasions have had the misfortune of having to dispose of at least 2 cigarettes per packet as the filter literally comes off the cigarette as i take it out of the packet.
