John Rolfe burning too fast - probably pre-lockdown old stock.

Since the ban on cigarettes was lifted on 18 August I bought two cartons of John Rolfe and I found that they are burning way faster than usual. I called the customer services number the next day and explained the situation. I was told to open all the packets to see if they all behaved in the same way. I was promised a call back the next day, but it never came. I then called again to find out what was happening and was advised that a courier would be dispatched to collect the cigarettes. To date, this has not happened and I have called the helpline at least 20 times and have been given all sorts of excuses ranging from they don't have stock to they can't find a courier and everything in between. I'm appalled at the complete indifference and apathy toward a customer who has been smoking this brand for at least 35 years. Reference number: CC*** I have also emailed BATSA *** and they have not even bothered to respond. I called again this morning and was told they have trouble getting stock to the courier company. They seem to think their customers are idiots.
