Insects bites on the Filter and cigarette..

I've been smoking Benson and hedge platinum switch for past 3 years and never had a problem , i purchase 3 cartoons a month from my local supper market, I opened my 3rd cartoon on Saturday , the 1st packet cigarette had holes in the filter and on the , the 4th packet i opened today is worse, the holes seems like its been eaten by tiny insects.. id like some 1 to please provide me with an email that i can send pictures to, a single packet i worth R33, this the 2nd packet that i am unable to smoke, im afraid to open the other 6 packet. id appreciate if someone could contact me ASAP.
