Insect holes in KENT cigarettes.

I am extremely dissatisfied with insect holes in your very expensive KENT cigarettes. I find that they are scattered throughout the same carton normally, with holes in the filters and in the paper. I used to throw them away, but now started keeping them as proof and will provide photos if necessary. It is usually 30 to 40 cigarettes a carton that is unusable.

I have been a loyal customer since it was Benson & Hedges, and never had a problem with your superb product quality until recently, I really hope in good faith that this can be rectified.
