Holes in Kent white cigarettes

Over the last month I have purchased 2 cartons of Kent White at 2 different outlets. From these 2 cartons I have had to throw away about 5 packets!!! The cigarettes have holes in them. Small ones..big ones etc. And the filters are damaged. I saved the last few and took a photo. The others I had lit before realising and threw them away. This is absolutely ridiculous. Huge waste of money at r48 a packet. Please sort this out. I am so angry!!!! I dont see an option to add the photo. I refuse to purchase more and will move brands as the cost is becoming an issue when I am wasting sooo many.
