Foiled cigarette

After many years of smoking Pall mall from the blue pack to the red pack I decided to try the purple XL and to my surprise I went through the pack till approximately half way I got a cigarette that was damaged where the paper around the filter was partly over the cigarette leaving the filter exposed I never in my wildest dreams would have thought that a company as such would allow this through its quality checks really disappointed
