Flavor experience:Personal disappointment.

I’ve been smoking Pall Mall Boost for a very long time and have always appreciated the menthol flavor that comes after popping the capsule. However, over the past two months, I’ve been highly disappointed. When I pop the bubble now, instead of the fami**** menthol taste, I get a g****-like flavour, very similar to Camel Switch.

This is not what I expect from a brand I’ve trusted for years. It's unacceptable to pay premium prices and not receive the product we've come to know and rely on. If there has been a formula change, customers should be informed. Why is the brand changing without notice?

Pall Mall Boost used to be my go-to, but if this continues, I’ll be forced to look elsewhere. I hope the original menthol flavor returns soon.
