Expensive habit made worse.....

So I purchased a pack of Peter Styvesant 20s and I've always complained about the newish packaging with the foil strip. Although I quite understand that it is to keep it fresh and it is appreciated, I've managed to work around my irritation. However today I purchased a pack and to my dissatisfaction there is no strip to peel away. After further inspection the strip was toward the back of the pack (picture evidence). I quite enjoy the brand and will gladly pay for my enjoyment despite the expensive price increases, however after attempting to peel away I damaged a few of them which then cheesed me off. This just added to the irritation I already have. Please sort this out asap.....
