Dunhill switch

I have been smoking Dunhill switch blue for the last couple of months, more than 80% of the packets I buy per week has duds in them, either does not have the ball to pop at all or it has the terrible orange ball in the blue pack. Spending money and supporting the company for the last couple of years, one would expect a more professional approach from such a big company, took one of the best smokes off the marker (the silwer and green pack) and replacing it with a smoke that is very unpredictable and adds to a very bad experience. Not happy at all
