Good day, I submitted a complaint to the British American Tobacco company on the 11th of January, the following day a very friendly gentlemen contacted me and informed me that a courier company would collect the four packets of cigarettes from me within the next few days.<br> <br> Today is the 19th of January and I have still not heard anything again from the courier company or British American Tobacco company.<br> <br> Please advise accordingly.
