Dunhill cigarettes are going DOWN hill

I've been smoking Dunhill for more than 20 years. I found that the cigarettes are of very poor quality lately. It's very loosely packed and full of hard stalk like pieces. Are we getting a poorer quality cigarettes to make up for their losses during thd lockdown????
