Dunhill Boost without the boost!

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the Dunhill Boost brand of cigarettes. I have been smoking these cigarettes for going on 9 years now. As of late, when purchasing this brand I have had number of cigarettes in the box without the switch /boost ball. I bought two packets of cigarettes yesterday and more than 10 of them were without the switch *****. When paying close to R50 for a packet of cigarettes, this is completely unacceptable. I have been waiting on the phone for close to 10 minutes now, with no answer. Thereafter, the call simply cut off. This will be the third time trying to contact Dunhill on the toll free number. Your immediate response and action would be much appreciated. Alex
