Dunhill Boost

Regarding your Dunhill Boost brand of cigarettes. I have been smoking these cigarettes for almost 5 years now. Currently the going price is close to R 60 a box. I buy 2 boxes a day for my husband and myself. We both tried many brands and have settled and become very fond of the Boost. Recently we have been experiencing a number of the cigarettes not having the "boost". This is the ball which we pop is not there. Once cigarette did not even have a filter. In 1 week we collected over 20 cigarettes like these. Considering that we pay such a high price we only expect a worthy quality of cigarette in return. This is disappointing to say the least.

Please get back to me on the reason for this and if it is a permanent thing so we can make a decision on our brand going forth.
