Dissolving filters in Rothmans Red Cigarettes
This is the first time I am seeing it. 2 Filters of the Cigarettes in the packet looks like it is busy dissolving. It has holes in them and just looks disgusting. When phoning the Customer Service Center i was told that my claim was acknowledged and someone will give me a call back shortly. 1 day later...not to my surprise... no Call back.<br> <br> Terrible service and disgusting product.<br> <br> This brand really is going down the drains.
