Dissatisfied Rothmans Red client
Bought 2 packets of Rothmans Red, only to discover that it had Benson & Hedges Special Red inside.. I have been smoking Rothmans for 16 years and I am very Dissatisfied.. After calling they said they would phone me back with email address i could mail my complaint guess what still waiting, then i called again and they said they would Phone me back in 30min and still waiting.. Very annoyed
