Dissapointed with this brand

I purchase an Vuse berry e-pod from my local pick n pay and there is no taste what so ever Soo dissapointed in the brand. Phoned the call centre and informed me I should go to Springs mall where the Vuse shop is for a refund or exchange. When I got there they refused to assist me with my problem as they are waiting for an email from the call centre it's now a week later and I am still waiting for a call from them .
