Defective Quality

I hsvr been a loyal customer for 2 years now ever since the original package came back as I used Peter Stuyvesant as I could not get the Rothmans REAL packet. There has always been twig and long peices of tobacco leaf veins that caused the cigarette to smoke harshly and smoke faster and unevenly. I have since considered vaping because of the quality issues experienced but I still want a cigarette. Could you please sort out these issues as this will be my second formal complaint with no results. First complaint being about a year back for B &H for the exact same reasons.
