Defective Product

Good day, i bought two cartons of Benson and Hedges Special Red from our local Pick n Pay. In every single box i open i find at least ONE (sometimes more) cigarettes that are defective, the problem being that the \sticker\" around the filter and bottom of the smoke is folded, thus leaving a gap open between the filter and the tobacco, and this in turn causes all the air to escape through there which makes you not able to smoke them. I have pictures to show the defect on one of the smokes from my latest box.... I would've been fine if it was only one or two of the smokes but there has been one or two in every box in the carton so far"
