Defect - Dunhill Menthol Fine Cut cigarettes

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase of a carton of Dunhill Menthol Fine Cut cigarettes. I bought the carton a week ago and have found a significant issue with the quality of the product.

Each pack in the carton contained defective cigarettes. Specifically, when inhaling, there is no airflow, resulting in no smoke being drawn in. This defect renders the cigarettes unusable and is quite disappointing given the brand's reputation for quality.
