Damaged Kent White Cigarettes = Expensive Purchase

In May ( last month), I bought a carton of cigarettes (KENT WHITE) from Makro in New Market, Alberton. Without checking, I lit a cigarette from one of the packs and nearly coughed my lungs out!!! when I checked the filter, there was a perfect whole right through the filter and obviously to the tobacco chamber, resulting in tobacco in my mouth and down my throat :::::::::::( -This happened a couple of times with cigarettes in the different packs from the same carton. I imagined that this was a manufacturing fault with the specific carton that I had bought, and did not give it much more thought as I am not one to complain. Last week I bought another carton from the grocer across the road from me and guess what ??? same story. On top of this several cigarettes had holes in the actual tobacco chamber. I have been smoking this brand from when it was Benson and Hedges and have never experienced such before. Not sure what is happening to the quality, but at the price we pay, this is totally unacceptable! I have kept back the damaged cigarettes from the latest pack I opened if anyone cares to have a look?
