Damaged goods!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I write this review with utter disgust about your products lately. I am on my 2nd consecutive pack of cigarettes and they are damaged inside. I smoke Dunhill Courtleigh blend (BOOST) and mind you, its very expensive (+R 52.00). I buy 2 to 3 packs a week and if you do your calculations, you will know how much i spend on a monthly basis on your product. I am annoyed at the fact that the packaging of the product is intact and nothing is wrong with it however, the cigarettes are damaged inside. The ends are not covered and some sticks are squashed. I honestly cant go on like this because i am paying for this and i expect a great product consistently. Someone needs to get back to me urgently to discuss a way forward.
