Damaged Goods

I am very sad and disappointed in Peter Stuyvesant cigarettes because I bought a packet of their cigarettes and I found a damaged cigarettes where the label barely looks like its peter Stuyvesant and the worst thing about it all is that the cigarettes is half attached to the label I even took pictures and need an answer on why are damaged products being sold in the market, who should I lay a complaint to and what is being done?<br>
