Damaged cigarettes
I bought a packet of Benson and hedges Red. 7 of the cigarettes were damaged. The price of packets are so expensive then 7 of the cigarettes are un smokeable. I have been smoking this brand for years and really disappointed

27 Sept 2024, 11:30They phoned and I missed the call. I phoned back and the lady on the phone was rude and not helpful. Did not even know what the phone call is about. Thank you for nothing. Nothing was done with my problem. So many other brands to smoke. Loosing one client is not the end of the world for a big company
