Completely unacceptable Pall Mall

Seriously disappointed and a major waste of money in these times that are so hard as it is! From a long time smoker of Pall Mall "purple". Several packs later and it is no longer acceptable! First couple of times it was let go as we understand nothing can be perfect all the time, but now its almost every pack. Several have no ***** in, cigarettes are damaged, half or otherwise unusable. I want some sort of explanation/ reimbur*****t from the company. I have photos of defective product. You are going to loose customers, this is not on.
