Camel Cigarettes

Hi I have been smoking Camel cigarettes for a very long time now. I currently smoke the camel activate purple brand. It is a very nice cigarette and I have always enjoyed them. However over the last few months I have been getting "bad batches". The first carton I let go because I thought you know things like this happen. But then the second and third had the same problem. The flavor ball that you pop in the filter, has already been popped! Leaving most cigarettes plain. It even feels in some of the cigarettes that the ball was old, as it sounds like shards of glass if you rub the filter between your fingers. Compared to a fresh cigarette where its soft and pops easily. So please remedy this problem urgently! As I will not waste more money on old cigarettes. On a side note yes they were all purchased from reputable chain stores.
