Camel Activate popperless

I have found that Camel Activate have at least one or two cigarettes per packet that don't have poppers. This is very frustrating as I enjoy this brand. This is very disappointing and I have not found a contact number or email anywhere on Google to contact. Not even the tobacconist I buy from has a contact for a rep. How is that possible. Really bad product and service
