Broken Pall Mall red cigarettes in packet

I bought a packet of 10 Pall Mall red and two of the cigarettes in the packet are broken. I am very disappointed. I have a photo as proof as well. The number at the bottom of the packet is: 1321OL16 and the barcode number is: ***.
