British American Tobacco does NOT CARE about its customers

I am a customer of BAT for many years. I recently closed my business for renovation. On reopening I discovered BAT had cut my credit limit. What made worse was that this was not communicated to me. Every week i wondered why i ran short on stock. I soon realised that my order was being cut.

When I confronted my rep, he said was about to inform me. I filled in a new application and was told turn around time was 24 hours.

3 days later, I enquired where my delivery was and was told that the "Finance lady was off sick" so there was nobody else to attend to the credit application. I spoke with the sales manager and hr never thought to go to the "Finance lady" on her return to fast track the application.

Nobody seems to take responsibility and no one is ever available to assist customers. Promises are made to customers to get them off their backs with no real substance.

I an deeply disappointed in BAT! It is a company without any leader or integrity!

I preferred it when I bought cigarettes through a third party!

Mampara company of the century!!

Bid thumbs down!!
