British American Tobacco cause a lot of accidents

on the 21/10/15 I was involved in a car accident that landed my wife in hospital because of negligent driving from on of your drivers Jabu Ntshalintshali (BN 68 MX GP), he was clearly in the wrong and acknowledged this and the Fidelity guards that were escorting him said they could not afford to wait for the authorities as it was unsafe for them to do so because of the cargo they were transporting. We then agreed to have the matter reported to the company (***), I called and spoke to Candice Michael who promised to have the matter investigated and get back to me - 14 days later none of them got back to me and my car is still not fixed. All I want is for the company to take ownership for hiring reckless drivers, everyone around Maraisburg and Florida are complaining about how bad your drivers are and constantly causing accidents in the area.
