Blue Switch with NO SWITCH???

Been a smoker for years and changing your brand is something very difficult. Nevertheless, I recently changed brands from Craven A to Peter Stuyvesant- Blue Switch. <br> <br> Was in love with it as naturally, it's always good to have a choice. Unfortunately that choice that I payed for was taken away from me when I noticed that some of them do not have the ball/button. I have send my details to 47026 and surprise surprise- no call made back to me. Could it be that due to the inexcusable products been made that you have an influx of complaints, you can't keep up??<br> <br> Utterly disappointed that such a large brand could mess up so bad. <br> <br> Well... back to my old and faithful brand whilst I encourage others to do the same.<br> <br> <br> Disgusted!
