B&H platinum no flavour ball in filter.

I recently purchased a box of B&H cigarettes(Platinum). I really enjoy the flavour and dont smoke any other cigarette. When i lit my cigarette, I immediately pressed the filter to activate the flavour. In this case there wasnt any flavour ball in my cigarette. I am really disappointed with the quality of the product.
