B&H cigarettes - response disappointment

I bought a packet of B&H menthol more than a monty ago. I complained but no response, the cigarettes aren't menthol at all and the are mite like eggs and holes in the filters. I frequently buy from the supermarket so it cant be from old or standing stock as i know they also often sold out. If someone could please get back to me as i still have the cigarettes in a sealed packet for evidence. I am highly disappointed in the no response for more than a month now.
