B&H blue switch not B&H blue switch!!!!!!

I have been smoking B&H blue switch for the last couple of years, and had no problem with them. In the last couple of boxes (out of a carton), I have smoked, I have had to put so many aside because they don't have the menthol ball in the filter. This is irritating, as well as a waste if my money, as I'm paying for something I am not getting. I am not happy I smoke blue switch because I enjoy the taste, if I wanted to smoke non-menthol cigarettes, I would buy those.

I am not someone who complains like this. In the first box I got, I left it, because I understand these things can happen, but then the second box, third box, and fourth box came with cigarettes in, with no ball, and now I'm irritated, because this is leading me to throwing half a box away, which leads me to paying for something I don't want, and you guys getting my money anyway. This is unacceptable

Can someone please come back to me as what is going to be done about this, as this is ridiculous.
