Benson & hedges blue switch lack of menthol *****

I have been smoking for 5 years benson & hedges switch. Everytime there is one cigarette per packet that doesn't have a methol ball in. I bought a packet of Benson & Hedges Switch last week and 3 of the cigarettes had no menthol ***** in to pop. We have sent an email but to date no response. When you purchase a packet of 20 methol cigarettes that is what you expect to receive, but this is not the case. I am looking at moving brands due to the lack of service delivery.
