Benson and hedges ****py quality

I bought the benson and hedges blue switch cigarettes. Of which multiple boxes atleast 2 to 3 cigarettes are missing a switch ball to make it menthol. I have experienced this multiple times and I am really dissapointed. I have now recently bought another pack and it has he switch ball in but it's a completely different flavor that tastes similar to the g**** switch ball from the camel brand. I found 4 in the box of which weren't menthol. Very dissapointed.
