Benson and hedges menthol
I bought a packet of Benson and hedges menthol, I opened the pack and there was a black substance on and holes in the top of a few filters, so I immediately sms their quality assurance number, they respond and say I will receive a call back within 8 business hours, still no call back, so disappointed in them
