Benson and hedges cigarettes

I buy 4 x cartons of Benson and Hedges smooth blue a month. For the last 3 months 80% of the smokes, have hollow pieces of missing tabaco. Pieces just fall out, manage to smoke 3/4 of a cigarette. Have phoned them and reported it, still waiting. Bought more cartons again last week and most of the cigarettes have chunks falling out as u smoke. Louise ***
