Benson and Hedges blue switch taste like purple pack.... AGAIN !!!!
Complained two weeks ago about Benson and Hedges tasting like the purple pack, i bought 6 packets that taste like the purple one, Bristish American Tobacco SA made contact with me and then sent a courier to collect the damaged stock, today i bought another 4 packets of this and yet again it taste like the purple pack????????? This is horrible, when will this be sorted??? Next time you send somebody to collect stock please send one of your reps and not a courier that does not know what this is regarding?
