Benson and hedges

Good day people. I Bought 2 packs of cigarettes.BENSON AND HEDGES. The filters are not stuck on properly which is very upsetting because it shows that there is no quality check when the product is packaged. Iv been trying to contact the help lines which is provided but no service delivery. This is very upsetting as i am a daily customer.
